Godsmack awesome, Shinedown had sound issues
Asking Alexandria, the first opener, had great stage presence and rocked out their songs. Shinedown was a huge disappointment as everything sounded distorted and you could barely hear the lead singer because the overall sound was too loud. I also thought they overdid it with the pyrotechnics. They just seemed like they got a new toy and wanted to show it off, but a few blasts of fire and fireworks are cool here and there. When he spoke it sounded like the teacher on a Snoopy cartoon wah wah wah wah. Five For Fighting did it right and were amazing.
